TUTORIAL - MAQUILLAJE NAVIDEÑO

Buenos días a todos!! Qué tal el finde? Yo genial!! Entre compritas y cenas navideñas...!! Ains, como me gusta esta época!!
Antes de nada, quiero deciros que...... me voy de vacaciones!!! No, no me voy de viaje (desafortunadamente)..., sino que voy a desconectar un poquito hasta primeros de año!! Pero antes, no me quería ir sin antes enseñaros un tutorial de maquillaje inspirado en estas fiestas navideñas que ya mismo están aquí. Especialmente inspirado en la cena de nochebuena, donde, para mi gusto, los colores predominantes son el dorado y negro.

Good morning! How was your weekend? I've been involved in Christmas shopping and dinners ...! So, I'm great!! I like xmas time!!
First of all, I want to tell you that ...... I'm going on holidays! No, I will not travel (unfortunately) ... but I'm going to switch up 'till January! But first, I wanted to show you a tutorial  makeup inspired in this holiday season that are here right now. Especially inspired Christmas Eve, where the predominant colours are gold and black.


He aquí una foto de mi ojo "al natural", para que veais todo lo que hace un buen maquillaje... jeje.

Here's a photo of my eye without make up, so you can see how many things we can do with a good make up, haha.


Lo primero que hago es aplicar una base de ojos de Kiko, y corregir las ojeras con los correctores de Ben Nye que veis en la foto.
First of all, I apply an eye base by Kiko, and correctors to the eye rings, by Ben ´Nye. You can see both of them in these photos.

 

Después con el lápiz negro hago una línea un poco más subidita y más alargada que la forma de mi ojo evidentemente, para "levantarlo" un poquito más. Una vez que he hecho esto, uno y relleno con el mismo lápiz los dos extremos sobrantes exteriores, de forma que queda un "piquito" negro en el extremo de nuestro ojo, como veis en la tercera foto.

After that, with the black eye pencil, I make a line slightly more elevated and longer than my eye obviously, to "lift" a little more. Once you've done this, I  join and fill with the same eye pencil, the two outside ends of our eye,  so that is a "peak" black on the end of our eye, as you see in the third photo.

Básicamente, esta línea la he hecho para crear profundidad, ahora es el turno de las sombras.

La paleta que he utilizado para ello, es esta:

Basically, I've made this line to create some depth, now it the turn of the eye shadows. The palette I've used  to that is:

Lo que más me gusta hacer para una ocasión tan especial, es un degradado de color. Como tenemos tantos colores donde elegir, es más que dificil decantarse por los colores que queremos, pero como ya os digo, yo he seleccionado una mezcla de marrones y dorados.

Lo primero es empezar por el extremo exterior del ojo, aunque en realidad podeis empezar por donde querais, pero a mí se me hace más facil así. Para ello, he seleccionado un color oscuro marroncito. Luego, justo al lado he puesto un tono marrón pero un poco más clarito que el primero. Éstos son los colores que he seleccionado.

 

The thing I like most to do for a special occasion, is a colour  degraded. As we have so many colors to choose from, it is more than difficult to choose the colors you want, but as I said, I have selected a mixture of brown and gold.

The first thing is to start from the end of the eye, but actually, you can start wherever you want, but to me I find it easier that way. To do this, I selected a dark brown. Then I put right next to a brown but a little more clearly that the first. These are the colors I selected.

Aquí mi ojo con los dos colores, aún sin difuminar.

Después, elegí un tono dorado para el medio del ojo. Me encanta este tono en concreto y hace que se nos ilumine la mirada muchísimo!

After that, chose a gold tone. I love this colour because it makes our look shine a lot!

Como se trata de ir de un tono más oscuro a más claro, el siguiente tono que he elegido ha sido un amarillito vainilla, y finalmente para el lagrimal, he elegido el tono más clarito que tenía. Un blanco.

Cuando ponemos solo en el lagrimal el tono más claro de la gama, da la sensación de que el ojo sube inmediatamente, se agranda y además ilumina.

El resultado es este:

As we try to go to darker to lighter, the next step I have chosen has been a yellow vanilla, and finally to the tear or lacrimal, I chose a white tone.

When we put into the lacrimal the clearer colour, it gives the impression that the eye goes immediately up, and also gets bigger lights.

This is the result:

Los pasos siguientes son bien sencillos:

Difuminamos todo bien, de dentro hacia afuera, y con una brochita de punta redonda, marcamos la cuenca con un tono neutro. Después con un tono vainilla clarito, le damos a la parte de la ceja, para levantar más si cabe nuestra mirada.

Repasamos la línea que hicimos al principio (solo repasarla). Un poquito de rimmel..... y listo!!

 

También esta la opción de ponernos pestañas postizas, pero eso lo dejo a gusto del consumidor. jeje

 

The following are the simple steps:

Blur everything right, from the inside  to the end, and with a rounded brush, mark the basin with a neutral tone. After that, I've chosen a vanilla tone to the eyebrow, in order to lift our eyes a bit more.
We must also review the line at first (just review it). A bit of rimmel ..... and ready!


There is also the option to get false eyelashes, but  as it's said in my country,  I leave it to consumer tastes. haha

 

Pido disculpas por las imágenes, que no son del todo profesionales, pero al menos se puede apreciar un poco. Solo os he querido mostrar la parte del ojo, en el resto de la cara aún no llevo base, porque a mí personalmente, me gusta más realizar primero la zona del ojo y luego el resto, más que nada por si se nos caen sombras en la cara y demás, que ya sabemos todas que eso estropea el maquillaje un montón. Así que, un consejo, dejad la base de maquillaje para después de los ojos! jeje.

Otra cosita, que vaya a estar ausente de publicaciones no quiere decir que no me pase por vuestros blogs para ponerme al día, asi que, estaremos en contacto!! I apologize for the pictures, they are not entirely professional, but at least you can see a little. I have only wanted to show the part of the eye, in the rest of the face I've not put any base yet ,because to me personally, I like making eye area first and then the rest, mostly because if we drop shadows to the face and others, we already know all that it spoils makeup a lot. So, i give you an advice: first: the eyes; second: face base! haha

BROCHITAS / BRUSHES

Siento haber estado tanto tiempo sin actualizar, pero llevo una rachita.... en fin, pero bueno, ya estoy aquí!!

I'm so sorry. I have not updated for a long time, but I've been really stressed.... but now, I'm already here!!

El post de hoy va dedicado al set de 24 brochas que tengo en casa y que, a petición de algunas de vosotras, os muestro hoy, para enseñaros las brochas que yo utilizo para maquillar y maquillarme.

Today's post is dedicated to the 24 piece brush set I have at home, and I show you today at the request of some of you, to show you the brushes I use to make up myself and others.

Seguro que muchas de vosotras tendreis en casa multitud de brochas que no sabeis ni para qué se utilizan, pues bien, eso mismo me pasó a mi cuando me compré este set de brochitas, jeje, pero no problem!! La verdad es que no las uso todas ni mucho menos y, con el paso del tiempo os dareis cuenta de que realmente se les da uso a la mitad de ellas.

I'm sure that most of you will have lots of brushes, even though you don't even know their usefulness.
Ok, I was at the same situation time ago, when I bought this brush set, haha, but no problem!! The truth is that I do not use them all, and you'll only discover with the passage of time, that we actually use half of them.

Ahora veamos, de una en una, cuales son las que utilizo y para qué.

 

 

Os presento a mi brocha favorita: La brocha abanico. Se usa para aplicar los polvos compactos o para quitar algun pigmento que se nos caiga a las mejillas sin necesidad de usar los dedos.
I introduce you my favourite brush: The fan brush. I use it to apply powders or to remove pigments that falls to our cheeks without using your fingers.

Esta otra la uso para eliminar el exceso. Se puede usar igualmente para aplicar los polvos, pero con la brocha abanico, el resultado es más natural..
I use this one to remove make up excess. You can use it to apply powder as well, but you'll have a more natural result if you use the fan brush.

Esta brochita, debido a su forma inclinada del pelo, la uso para el colorete.
This one, due to the inclined shape of its hair, I use it to apply blush.

Esta brocha tiene el pelo sintético, así que se usa para aplicar el maquillaje fluido. No obstante, no nos vale para un maquillaje diario, porque debido al pelo sintético cubre mucho más. Para un resultado más natural, debemos utilizar una esponjita especial para maquillar. Las podeis encontrar en Sephora, Kiko, MAC, etc, de todas las formas y tamaños.

This brush has got synthetic hair, so it must be used to apply fluid make up. Nevertheless, it has no use for a daily make up, due to its synthetic hair, it covers much more. For a more casual and natural make up, we must use a special make up sponge. You can find it in Sephora, Kiko, MAC, etc. in all shapes and sizes.

Esta brocha de pelo sintetico tan pequeñita la podemos utilizar para las correcciones. Ya que en este caso, nuestro objetivo es que cubra bastante para poder disimularlas mucho más.
This synthetic hair brush can be used for corrections. As our objective in this case, is to cover enough, to "disguise" them a bit more.

Éstas dos son practicamente iguales. Lo único que las diferencia es el tamaño. Así que, yo las uso para aplicar las sombras de ojos. Dependiendo del sitio que quiera maquillar utilizo la más pequeña o la más grande.
This 2 brushes are practically equal. The only difference is their size. So, I use them to apply eyeshadows. It depends on what I want to make up, I use the smallest or the biggest.

Estas dos, tal y como veis en la foto, tienen una forma propia para dibujar el eye liner. Utilizo la más grande para hacer la linea entera y la más pequeña para sitios más trabajosillos como el lagrimal del ojo.
This 2 brushes, as you can see in the photo, have got the perfect shape to draw the eyeliner. I uso the biggest to draw the whole line, and the smallest to more difficult things, like the lacrimal.

Aunque no se aprecia bien en la foto, esta brocha tiene una punta un tanto curvada y pelo natural, lo que me facilita el trabajo a la hora de difuminar bien las sombras de ojos.
Though it isn't appreciated in this photo, this brush is slightly curved,  so it makes me easier to blur eyeshadows.

A esta brocha se le denomina como la brocha de la lengua de gato, debido a su forma y pelo. Y se usa para aplicar la barra de labios.
This brush is called as the "Cat tongue", due to its shape and hair. And it is used to apply the lipstick.

Como veis, hay muchas brochas parecidas unas de las otras, algunas se diferencian solo en el tamaño, aunque a la mayoria de ellas podemos darles más usos de los que en realidad tienen. Pero ya os digo yo, que por mucho que queramos, nos es imposible utilizarlas todas!!! Al menos en una sola sesión!!

Espero que con este post os haya quedado más claro el uso que tienen algunas de las brochas (al menos las más recurridas).

As you see, there are many brushes like each other, some differ only in size, although most of them have more than one use! But I say to you, that as much as we want, we can not use them all! At least in one session!

De hecho, hoy os traigo una entrada cortita, para agradeceros las más de 1000 visitas!!!!!
He hecho mis pinitos como modelo de fotografía, hace ya mucho tiempo. Pero conservo una foto que creo que os la debo mostrar, porque refleja mi alegría tal cual. La alegría que me ha dado al ver que ya tenemos más de 1000 visitas y 33 seguidores!! Muchísimas gracias!!!!

Yo soy la de los pantalones largos. Aunque la foto tiene unos añitos, creo que no está de más que os ponga el outfit que utilicé, porque aún podeis encontrar algo similar en las tiendas.
El outfit es urbano, desenfadado y rebelde. Espero que os guste! La chica de la derecha es una amiga mía, modelo de fotografía también, pero no os puedo decir su outfit, ya que no lo recuerdo.

I'm the girl on the left. Although it has been a long time since this photo was taken, I think I must tell you the outfit, 'cause you maybe find something similar in stores.

MIS FRAGANCIAS FAVORITAS

Hello boys n' girls!!

Q tal? Por aquí está lloviendo mucho estos dias, pero bueno, así aprovecho para oler a tierra mojada, que es el olor que más me gusta!!!

Hablando de olores, la entrada de hoy tiene que ver con eso.... ya que quería enseñaros mi "Top 8" en cuanto a perfumes se refiere.

La verdad es que no soy muy fiel a un perfume solamente, sino que me gusta ir probando y variando en función de la situación.
Voy a hablaros por un lado de las de mujer, y por otro de las de hombres, de las cuales también tengo varias preferidas....jeje

                                                                 CHICAS

Sin embargo, he encontrado uno al que si soy fiel totamente!! Y es éste que veis arriba en la imagen.

Ésta fragancia de Tommy Hilfiger la uso para diario, porque es que huele suuuuuper fresquita!!! Hace años que la olí a una amiga y desde entonces, la he ido pidiendo a los Reyes, hasta que por fín me la regalaron el año pasado!! Además, se amortiza bien, porque con un poquito que te pongas ya hueles durante todo el día. Para las que no la hayan probado, creedme que es un perfume que merece la pena.


Ahora bien, para los días de "no tan diarios", me gusta variar, e introducir otras fragancias con un olor no tan fresco, sino más... como lo diria... nocturno, sexy, un olor más fuerte.

Uno de mis perfumes preferidos para ocasiones especiales es 212 sexy, de Carolina Herrera.

Este fue otro regalo de reyes de hace bastante tiempo. Y me encantó. Como su propio nombre indica, está especialmente indicado para sentirse "muy sexy". jeje. A mi la verdad es que de Carolina Herrera es el que más me gusta. 

Otro perfume que me encanta es de Jennifer López. Se llama "Deseo". Aunque creo que fue edición limitada, así que dudo mucho que lo podais comprar ahora en tiendas. Éste tiene un olor especialmente "fuerte", pero sexy también.

Mi última adquisición ha sido "Flowerbomb", de Viktor y Rolf. Una fragancia floral, explosiva y diferente. Está perfumada con una mezcla de jazmín, orquídea y rosa. Según Viktor & Rolf, es un mensaje en forma de perfume. Es "la sensación de la obsesión y del encanto". Yo personalmente lo descubrí gracias a una muestra gratuita que me repartieron hará ya 5 o 6 años, y desde entonces estuve suplicando a los Reyes Magos para que me la trajeran. jaja. Como veis, todos mis perfumes me los han traido los Reyes!!

Ahora, como ya se me han acabado todos (excepto el de Tommy Girl), voy a pedirle a los Reyes otros más este año, que utilizaré para ocasiones especiales.

Uno es Euphoria, de Calvin Klein. Éste ya lo ha olido en tiendas, y la verdad es que no puedo resistirme a esta fragancia. Me encannnnnnnnnnnnnntaaa!!!!!! 

Y otro es Acqua di Gioia, de Giorgio Armani. Éste en particular no lo he olido, pero me llama mucho la atención. Alguien lo ha probado? Que opinais? Merece la pena?

CHICOS

Bien, pues para chicos no tengo tantas favoritas como para chicas porque evidentemente, no he probado personalmente ninguna. Pero por cuestiones Navideñas he tenido que regalarle alguna a mi chico. Y me he decantado por éstas.

Hugo Energise.

Ésta la olí una vez en una muestra gratuita que me ofrecieron y me dije: "Ésta colonia es para mi novio!" Para mi gusto, huele "que te cagas", y en mi opinión, tiene un olor muy "masculino", dedicada para ocasiones especiales nocturnas. Es fuertecita.

Acqua Di Gio.

Éste no ha sido un regalo mío. Pero desde que la descubrí me encanta! Es bastante fresquita.

How are u? Over here it's raining a lot these days, but I take the opportunity to smell  wet earth, I love it!

Speaking of smells, today's post is about that .... because I wanted to show you my  favourite parfums.

The truth is that I am very loyal to one fragrance alone, but I keep trying and varying depending on the situation.

I will speak for the women's side, and on the other hand, from those of men.

GIRLS

 However, I found one that I am totally faithful to it! And is it that you can see in the picture above.

I use this Tommy Hilfiger fragrance for everyday use,  because it smells suuuuuper fresh and young! Years ago I smelled a friend and since then, I've been asking Santa Claus, until finally gave it to me last year! Also, it's amortized very good  For those who have not tried it, believe me: this perfume is worth it.

Now, for the days of "not so daily" I like changing, and introducing other fragrances smelling not so fresh, but ... how should I say ... they have a night, sexy, stronger smell.

One of my favourite's is "212 sexy", by Carolina Herrera.

This was another Christmas present long time ago.  And I loved it. As its name suggests, is particularly suitable for being "too sexy". haha.

Another perfume that I love is by Jennifer Lopez. It's called "Desire". Although I think it was a limited edition, so I doubt if  you can shop now in stores. This has a particular strong smell, but also too sexy.

My last purchase was "Flowerbomb" by Viktor and Rolf. A floral fragrance, explosive and different. It is scented with a blend of jasmine, orchid and rose. According to Viktor & Rolf, is a message in the form perfume. It is "the feeling of obsession and charm." I personally discovered it thanks to a free sample that was given out to me around 5 or 6 years ago, and since then, I beg Santa to give it to me as a present, haha. 

As you can see, almost all my perfumes have been a Xmas present!

Now, as I have finished all of them (except the one of Tommy Girl), I will ask Santa some others this year, and I will use them for special occasions.

One of those is "Euphoria", by Calvin Kleinone is Euphoria, Calvin Klein. I have already smelled it in stores, and the truth is that I can't resist this fragrance. I looooooovee it!!!!!!!!!!!!!! 

Teh other one is Acqua di Gioia, by Giorgio Armani.

This one in particular, I have not smelled it, but it attracts my attention. Has anyone tried it? What do you think? Is it worth it?

BOYS

Well, I have not so much for boys as for girls,  because obviously I have not personally tried any. But for some Xmas reasons I had to give my boyfriend some of those:

Hugo Energise

I smelled it once in a free sample I was offered and inmediately I thought: "This cologne must be for my boyfriend!" Personally, I think it's fucking fantastic! And in my opinion, it smells very "masculine", dedicated to special occasions. It's a bit strong.

Acqua Di Gio

This was not my gift. But since I discovered it,  I love it! It's pretty fresh.
